If that database error is not issue anymore, i have to see the error. And

Disable ALL plugins except bbpress and buddypress. If activity and other pages works properly, start to activate plugins one by one and test them. You can find problematic plugin in this way

When you do that, which plugin you found problematic?

We can confirm that the Buddypress activity is in fact working with your amazing Firmasite base theme, with no changes in plugin or settings.

Nope, it cant be. If its working for FirmaSite Base, it should/must work for FirmaSite’s latest version too.

Ok, tested again. You are correct. The activity displays on both the Firmasite and Base theme, it had in fact stopped working on our child theme when we updated to new 1.41 version. We will reinstall child theme as per your suggestions.
