The height of Menu is too large

Hi,

First of all thanks for a great theme as firmasite.

Though I have a small problem.

I would need that the height of main menu was a bit smaller.

Now the nav-bar is 50px aprox (single bar on fullscreen) and i need that it was 40px more or less. How could i do that?
